    "Healthy" Ideas
     
    Hello residents. I joined Weight Watchers last year and have tried to implement more healthy foods into my diet (and into my family's as well). I wasn't what you would call overweight, and I never considered myself "fat". However, my weight had crept up on me and suddenly I was 15 more pounds than I wanted to be.

I started my "lifestyle" change in September, and I have now lost those 15 pounds. I'm sure other diets out there work, but Weight Watchers really taught me about making better food choices. I also feel accountable for my weight by having to go out in public and step on a scale!

I have discovered I can eat the foods I want, but I can modify them and not have to put those pounds back on. No, it is not all "fat free" foods, yuck, and tasteless food. Check out some of the food ideas above, and please, feel free to email us with your ideas.
